Home Equity Loan & HELOC Calculator (homeequity.moneymathkit.com) is a free, browser-based tool. This policy explains what data it collects and how it is used.
The tool runs entirely in your browser. Any values you enter are processed on your device and are never sent to or stored on our servers. No account is required. No email is collected. No personal information is stored.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymous usage — page views, referring sites, country-level location, and browser type. Both tools are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies that identify you personally.
This calculator does not currently display advertising. If ads are introduced in the future, they will be served by Google AdSense or a similar network, whose partners may set their own cookies to serve relevant ads. This policy will be updated before any ads appear. You will be able to opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or aboutads.info.
Our analytics are cookieless and set no tracking cookies today. If advertising is introduced, ad-network cookies will be described here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; this does not affect how the calculator works.
This calculator is a general-audience tool, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we materially change how data is handled, the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
